Aleppo, (ST) – Nine civilians were martyred and more than 20 others injured as a car bomb exploded in the center of Afrin city in Aleppo northern countryside where the Turkish occupation forces and terrorist groups are.
Local sources said that the explosion occurred in the sock of Al-Hal in the center of the city and caused the death of 9 civilians and wounded more than 20 civilians, some of them in serious condition. It also resulted in burning a gas station in the vicinity of the explosion site and causing material damage to houses and property.
The Turkish regime forces occupied the city of Afrin in March last year in cooperation with terrorist groups trained and armed in Turkey.
Chaos and insecurity are spreading in the region and the city as a result of conflicts between terrorist groups and their leaders to share the control of the city and fate of civilians there.
