VIENNA, (ST)- The Austro-Arab Chamber of Commerce (AACC) in Vienna has organized the 11th Arab-Austrian Economic Forum with the participation of the Syrian embassy in Vienna.
Economic experts in business administration, finance and trade from Austria and Arab countries took part in the forum’s discussions which focused on issues relating to energy, industrialization, water and infrastructure development.
The Syrian embassy took part in the exhibition which was held on the sidelines of the forum to showcase the investment opportunities available in Syria in the sectors of development, tourism, IT, environment and infrastructure.
The Syrian stand in the pavilion exhibited traditional and textile industries, handicrafts, bulletins and photos introducing the Syrian archeological and heritage sites as well as some Syrian foods and sweets.
The Arab-Austrian Economic Forum is the AACC’s largest conference, exhibition and networking event. The Forum offers a unique platform for knowledge exchange, networking and deepening of Austro-Arab relations in economy, trade, culture and diplomacy.
