A state of calm at Syria-Turkey border

The Syrian-Turkish border witnesses a state of calm amid confusion among the members of the ‘Syrian Democratic Forces’ militia, according to the Syrian Alikhbaria TV channel.

The TV added Hasaka residents call for unity against the Turkish attack and they want the Syrian army to impose its control over all Syrian territories.

The residents asserted their steadfastness in confronting the Turkish regime’s crimes.

In another development, the Beirut-based al-Mayadeen TV channel quoted an SDF official as saying that a dialogue between Damascus, Moscow and SDF might start to fill the security vacuum if the US troops completely withdraw from the border.

Yesterday evening, the Turkish regime army targeted sites of the SDF militia at the illegal Simalka border crossing between Syria and Iraq and in Tal Tawil area in northeastern countryside of Hasaka.

The attack caused material damages without casualties.
