Ankara, (ST) – Turkish Republican People’s Party (KPI) President Kamal Kilicdar Oglu has called for dialogue and coordination with Syria and uniting efforts to eliminate terrorist organizations, especially in Idlib province, pointing out that his party continues to expose the policies of the Recep Tayyip Erdogan regime in this context.
Speaking at a meeting of the party’s executive committee today, Kilicdar Oglu pointed out in the final statement of the conference organized by his party a few days ago with the participation of other parties, he said that it seems clear that there is no solution to the crisis in Syria except through political means, which requires joint action against all the terrorist organizations present there, especially in Idlib.
The final statement of the conference, which was organized with the participation of representatives of the Democratic People’s Party and Al-Jaid Party on the 29th of last month, called on the authorities of the Erdogan regime to withdraw the Turkish forces from Syrian territory and stop supporting the terrorists, especially in Idlib province, calling for reconsideration of all its policies towards Syria which poses a threat to Syria. Turkey.
During the meeting of the Executive Committee, Kilicdar Oglu stressed the need for direct dialogue and coordination with the Syrian state to solve the crisis in Syria and address its repercussions, which reflects positively on the peoples of the region.
Over the past years, the Erdogan regime has supported terrorist organizations in Syria with money and weapons, set up terrorist shelters on the border, and bought Syrian oil from ISIS.
