Several mercenaries killed in Yemeni army operations

Sana’a, (ST) – A number of Saudi mercenaries were killed and injured in operations of the Yemeni army and popular committees in Hajjah province.

The military source said to al -Masera website that the army forces and the Popular Committees targeted mercenary gatherings in Hiran with three rockets of the type of Zelzal 1 and a number of artillery shells, causing direct injury and killing many.

In another context, the sniper unit in the army and the Popular Committees carried out a number of operations in Haradh and south of Hiran province of Hajjah, killing and wounding nine mercenaries .

The Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman Brigadier Yahya Serai announced yesterday the implementation of several Yemeni army units and popular committees of various types against Saudi aggression sites and mercenaries in several areas, including Najran airport, where dozens of vehicles and equipment were seized and mercenaries and soldiers were eliminated.
