On September 29, the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) militia arrested 300 people during raids in the towns of Ras al-Ain, al-Shadadi, Tal Tamr and Tel Hamis in Hasakah countryside.
According to local sources in al-Hasakah governorate, the city of al-Hasakah witnessed demonstrations against the SDF militia which took more arbitrary measures and crackdown against civilians.
The sources said that a child died after being run over by a car belonging to the SDF in the al-Houl Camp, south-east al-Hasakah.
The sources said that unknown killers murdered a resident from the SDF-occupied town of Ras al-Ain and robbed his body’s organs.
On the other hand, there were tensions and infighting between the SDF militias’ gunmen in the town of al-Malikiya, east Qamishli.
In Raqqa governorate, local sources said that the SDF militia looted the government departments and public property such as the telephone lines from Al-Wastta, a village north Raqqa. The SDF militia kidnapped a woman from the village of Hamrat, 10km east Raqqa city.
Recently, the residents of the SDF-held areas in northeast Syria fed up with the SDF militias’ crimes. For that reason, they organized big demonstrations against the US-backed SDF militias in towns and villages of Raqqa, Hasaka and Deir Ezzor governorates. The protesters called for the departure of the American occupation forces and the SDF militia and the entry of the Syrian Arab Army.
