PM: Zionist entity’s strike on Syria left no room for self-distance

DAMASCUS,(ST)_Prime Minister Dr.Wael al-Halqi has said that all Syrian spectra must now be united to foil the conspiracy and rebuild the new strong Syria.

Al–Halqi clarified that the conspiracy became clear to everyone after Israel’s recent strike on Syria which proved coordination between Israel and the Takfiri terrorist groups including al-Qaeda-affiliated al-Nusra Front .

“After the Israeli terrorist attack on Syria, there could be no room for hesitation or languor or self-distance. Syria will never forgive us if we hesitate in defending it,” al-Halqi said.

He cited the Syrian Arab army’s heroic struggle to restore stability and security to the country.

The Premier, who also chairs the ministerial committee entrusted with materializing the political plan to resolve the crisis in Syria, was speaking as he met members of the politburo of National Bloc for Saving Syria.

The meeting, as SANA reported, revolved around the latest political and economic development in the country.

The attendees reached common ideas to enhance national dialogue process.

International solidarity conference

Member of Bloc, Sheikh Sattam al-Dandal, told reporters that the meeting dealt with preparations for the International Conference for Solidarity with Syria to be held on June 22-23 .

Political dignitaries ,intellectuals and reporters are to take part in the conference which aims to explain what is going on in Syria.

Today-meeting is part of consultation talks being held by the ministerial committee ,political and social parties to pave the ground for launching dialogue conference.

The ministerial committee includes Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Ministers of Information, Justice, National Reconciliation, Transport, Industry, Red Crescent Affairs, and People’s Assembly Affairs.
