Two Vigils in Aleppo against the US and Turkish Aggression on Syrian Territories

Aleppo, (ST) – The inhabitants in Aleppo expressed their rejection of the US and Turkish aggression on Syrian territories.

In Saadallah al-Jabri Square in Aleppo, citizens carried banners condemning the aggression and the US and Turkish presence on Syrian territories, stressing Syria’s independence and sovereignty.

Sheikh Haitham al-Husseini considered that the US administration belongs to Zionism and is implementing its plans to occupy the territories of others, calling for reading history well and taking lessons from it that Syria throughout history was and will remain united.

“We are here today to condemn the aggression and the American and Turkish presence on Syrian territories and to say that Syria is united and the Syrian Arab Army will clear all lands from terrorism,” said Yahya Hajjo, a young man from the city of Aleppo.

‘”The people of Aleppo will not hesitate to defend Syria and from this square we confirm that Syria with all its territories will be free from terrorism thanks to the heroes of the Syrian Arab Army,” said lawyer Akram Azouz.

The people of Aleppo are gathered today to emphasize that Syria will not be divided, the lawyer Hanan Azzouz said. While Dr. Imad Sultan said that we are here today to condemn the presence of the Turkish and American forces aggression on Syrian territories and assure that Syria, with its Arab army, president and its people, will overcome all forms of aggression and outside interference.

In Aleppo University also, hundreds of university students, Arab students, and university staff expressed their condemnation and rejection of the American and Turkish aggression on Syrian territories and their interference in the internal affairs of Syria.
