Completion of First and Second Phases of Preparing the Urban Planning Chart of Deir Ezzor

 The General Company for Engineering Studies and Technical Consultations completed the first and second phases of the study and preparing of the urban planning chart of the city of Deir Ezzor.

Chairman of Deir Ezzor city council, Eng. Raed Mandil, affirmed that the second phase tackled some problems faced in the previous urban plan by developing new proposals regarding structural characteristics to find solutions.

The first phase of the plan included an assessment of the current situation that demonstrate the proportion of the damage caused to the buildings and attaching this proportion with the digital designs in order to be adjusted according to conditions and formulas appropriate to the situation on the ground, according to Mandil.

 The head of Deir Ezzor City Council pointed out that the third phase will be a technical phase based on the digitization of the plans.
