he French “Louvre Hotels Group” announced its intention to open two hotels in Syria soon(4 and 5 stars), one in Mezzeh area and the other in the center of Damascus.
According to private information, the first hotel will be the “Royal Tulip Hotel Samir Amis” which is a 5-star level, while the second will be “Golden Tulip Al-Mezzeh” which will be a 4-star level.
The two hotels are owned by Nozha Logistics Company. The 230-bed Samir Amis Hotel, with an area of 7,449 square meters, will be operational by June 2020.
The second hotel will be owned by the Maoist Company, which is owned by Nozha Logistics Company. It will be a 4-star hotel that accommodates 206 beds on an area of 10,071 square meters, and will be in service in early 2020.
The French Louvre Hotels Group is one company of the global hospitality industry with 1,500 hotels in many world countries.
