Residents of the Occupied Golan Held A Protest Rally

Quneitra-The official, civil and popular activities of the towns of Bir Ajam and Brega and neighboring villages in the province of Quneitra held a protest today, denouncing US President Donald Trump’s declaration on the occupied Syrian Golan.

The participants in the stand held in the town of Bir Ajam, a few meters from the barbed wire with the occupied Syrian Golan, that it was and still is an Arab Syrian. The participants renewed their solidarity with our people steadfast in the Golan and those who adhere to their homeland Syria.

In statements to SANA reporter, Minister of State for Investment, Eng. Wafika Hosny denounced the Trump Declaration, which is a violation of international law and norms and it is an attack on the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic, it is an evidence of the alliance between successive American administrations and the Zionist entity.

Governor of Quneitra Eng. Hammam Debyat denounced in a statement Trump’s Declaration and described as false and blatant and that it is a violation of all international resolutions and conventions.

Adnan Qabar Taye from the village of Brega stressed that the identity of the Syrian Arab Golan is a reality that no one can change, while Tariq Haj Yaqub of the people of Brega denounced the Trump Declaration, which is a slap to civilized countries that claim to defend the rights of peoples and uphold international law.
