Syria Has Become Able to Restore Its key Regional Role: Lebanese MP

BEIRUT, (ST)- Lebanese Parliament Member Fadi al-A’war has stressed that Syria has become able to fully restore its key role in the region after it confronted all hegemony schemes.

In a statement to SANA correspondent, al-A’war called on the Lebanese government to cooperate with its Syrian counterpart to serve the interests of the peoples of the two countries and to enhance the geographical and historical ties between Syria and Lebanon.

 On the other hand, the Lebanese MP said that the Turkish regime’s anti-Syria practices pose serious threat to all countries of  the region. He reiterated that the role played by the Turkish regime against Syria is the worst part of the terrorist war waged on the Syrians.
