Al-Moallem in Tehran on Tuesday for Talks on Enhancing Syrian-Iranian Ties

DAMASCUS, (ST)- Deputy Premier, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Walid al-Moallem starts on Tuesday an official visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran within the framework of consultation and coordination between the two countries.

The visit comes at the invitation of Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.

During the visit, al-Moallem will hold talks with senior Iranian officials on developments in Syria and the region as well as on ways to enahnce bilateral relations between Syria and Iran in all domains.
