US-Led Coalition Targets Syrian Army Position in al-Boukmal, Artillery Destroyed, Two Soldiers Injured
DEIR EZZOR, (ST)- The so-called international Coalition led by United States, allegedly to fight Daesh terrorist organization, launched on Saturday a new aggression against the Syrian Arab army formations in al-Boukmal city in the southeastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
A military source told SANA that at 11: 30 p.m Saturday evening, the coalition conducted an airstrike against a Syrian army artillery in al-Sukareya area to the west of al-Boukmal city. The aristrike destroyed the artillery and injured two soldiers.
According to SANA reporter, in parallel with the coalition’s aggression, Daesh terrorists attacked military points in the area, but the army units repelled the attack and killed and wounded most of the attacking terrorists.
The international coalition used to attack army positions at the clashes line in order to provide assistance to the terrorist groups and ensure a cover for the terrorists’ attacks on the syrian army.
