Tehran: We Will Continue to Support Syria, Enhance Bilateral Relations

TEHRAN-Iran has renewed its firm stance towards Syria which seeks to enhance relations with it and to achieve stability and development in it.

“The Iranian support to Syria to realize stability and economic development in it and in the region as a whole is continued during the crisis which it witnessed and after it,” Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Ghasemi said during his weekly press conference on Monday, according to SANA.

 On the other hand, Ghasemi hailed Iraq’s efforts for combating terrorism and the tangible outcomes which have been achieved in this domain.
