Army thwarts infiltration attempts of terrorists towards military posts in Hama countryside

Hama – Terrorist groups renewed their violation of the demilitarized zone agreement in Idleb by making infiltration attempts towards the Syrian Arab Army points in Hama northern countryside.

SANA said that the army units tracked movements of the so called “al-Ezza Brigades” terrorists and their affiliated groups in the direction of Tal al-Sakher and al-Ganbera villages while they were attempting to infiltrate towards a number of military points in the vicinity of al-Mougheir village and Moaskar Bridiege in the northern countryside of Hama.

SANA added that the army units targeted the terrorists with  appropriate weapons, inflicting heavy losses upon their ranks while the rest fled away.

SANA indicated that the army units thwarted an attack by terrorists on military points where the terrorists took advantage of the rocky cliffs and valleys surrounding Latimneh area, whereas another army unit killed members of the terrorist groups which used heavy machine guns to target military points in the area surrounding Lahaya and Maerkebbeh.

The army units in al-Jabin town in western Maharda countryside foiled an infiltration attempt by the terrorists groups between al-Zakat and al-Arabaeen areas to attack the military points, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists in personnel and arms.
