Terrorists’ infiltration attempt towards military points in Hama countryside foiled

Hama – Army units foiled an infiltration attempt by terrorist groups from two directions towards strategic points on the outskirts of the demilitarized zone in Hama northern countryside to attack military posts that protect civilians in the villages of al-Khirba and Zlain.

SANA said that army units, positioned in the surrounding of al-Khirba and Zlain villages to the north of Hama province to protect civilians form terrorist attacks, tracked the movement of two terrorist groups affiliated to the so-called “al-Ezza Brigades” between the farms of olive.

The terrorist groups were infiltrating from the direction of al-Bouaida and Ma’arKeba at the same time with the aim of reaching one of the rocky cliffs in the vicinity of the military posts to attack them.

SANA indicated that when terrorists reached a certain distance while they are infiltrating, army units targeted them with concentrated bombardments inflicting heavy losses upon them while a state of panic prevailed among them.
