Weapons and ammo left behind terrorists uncovered in Damascus Countryside

Damascus Countryside – Authorities on Saturday seized large amounts of weapons and ammo which had been buried in a farm in Yelda town in Damascus Countryside.

An officer told SANA that large amounts of weapons and ammo, some of them US-made, were found buried underground inside a plastic water tank in a farm where terrorists had been positioned in Yelda town.

The seized items included DShK machinegun ammo, AK-47 clips, grenades, Dragunov and NATO sniper rifles, IEDs and improvised grenades, a LAW rocket launcher, thermal and night vision equipment, and DShK tripods, which were hidden by the terrorists shortly before they left the area and headed to Idleb.
