White chocolate toasted coconut rice Crispy

Ingredients:

1. 50 g of butter

2. 4 cups of mini marshmallows

3. 3/4 cup of whites chocolate chips

4. 5 and half cups of Rice crispy cereal

5. 1 cup of roasted sweetened coconut

Preparation:

– Melt butter add Marshmallows and stir until all melted and combined.

– Add chocolate and stir. And finally add Rice crispy.

– Place mixture in a tray lined with wax paper. And press firmly.

– Add coconut and press lightly.

– Cut after it has cooled completely.
