Ingredients
1. 4 cups of pitted dates
2. 3 cups of cornflakes
3. 1 cup of oatmeal
4. 1 tablespoon of honey
5 A pinch of cardamom and cinnamon
Preparation:
– Place dates in pot and add some water to make it soft.
– Then add cinnamon and cardamom.
– Mix with honey and oatmeal and crushed cornflakes.
– Shape into balls and roll in coconut.
