Tuna Balls

Ingredients:

1- 3 boiled potatoes

2- 3 cans of tuna drained

3- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger

4- 1 green onion chopped

5- 1 teaspoon of garam masala

6- 1 teaspoon of paprika

7- Salt and pepper

8- 1 cup of flour

9- 1/2 cup of milk mixed with 2 tablespoons of oil

10- 1 cup of bread crumbs

 

Preparation:

. Place flour in a plate and season with salt and pepper

. Mix milk and oil in a plate and season with salt and pepper

. Place bread crumbs in a plate and season with salt and pepper.

. Mix the potatoes with the tuna, onion, green onion, ginger, garam masala, paprika, salt and pepper.

. Shape mixture into balls and dip in flour then milk and finally bread crumbs. Place on a platter until done with the mixture. Brush balls with some vegetable oil.

. Air fry on air fryer for 15 minutes at 180c. Or bake in oven. Or shallow fry in a pan with some oil. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
