Chinese chicken balls

Ingredients

1. 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast

2. 2 tablespoons grated ginger

3. 3 tablespoons soy sauce

4. 2 green onion, chopped

5. Salt and black pepper

6. 1 teaspoon sugar

7. 1 spoon vegetable oil

8. 2 tablespoons flour

 

Sauce:

1.  3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2.  1/2 cup soy sauce

 

3.  4/1 cup of ketchup

4.  4/1 cup honey

5.  1 tablespoon starch

6.  1 cup cold water

7.  Tablespoon sesame oil

8.  Tablespoon rice vinegar or apple vinegar

9.  Black pepper

 

Other Ingredients

1.   6 carrots thinly slices

2.   2 red chili pepper

3.   4 green onion, chopped

4.   Garlic cloves mashed

5.  1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

 

Preparation:

–   Mix the amounts of the balls on the food preparation.

–   Roll it with flour and Fry with vegetable oil.

–   Put the garlic, chili pepper and carrots in a pot of fire and cook with vegetable oil.

–   In a bowl, Mix the ingredients of the sauce altogether then add it to the pot.

–   The add the balls and let them cook.

–   Top with parsley.
