Ingredients
1. 1 kg thinly sliced beef strips
2. 1 bag egg noodles half boiled
3. 1 bag frozen veggies.
Stir fry sauce:
1. 1/2 cup Soy sauce
2. 1 tbsp Sesame oil
3. 2 tsps Ginger powder
4. Salt to taste
5. 2 Garlic cloves mashed
6. 2 tsps rice vinegar
Preparation
1.Fry beef strips with bay leaves in shallow oil until browned and set aside.
2.In the same pot sautee the frozen veggies.
3.Boil noodles half the way (not totally cooked). Add the cooked beef, the veggies and noodles to the pot and finally the stir fry sauce and cook all together with a sprinkle of sesame.
