Syrian-Lebanese Relations Debated

BEIRUT,(ST)_ Former Lebanese Prime Minister Salim Hoss  discussed with Syrian Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdul Karim on Tuesday the situation in Syria and Lebanon.

“I listened to Mr. al- Hoss advice  and views on the situation in Syria and the region and we discussed fraternal relations  between the two countries,” said Abdul Karim after the meeting, noting that al- Hoss ” believes that the conflict on Syria will end on halting the  bloodshed and security will be ensured in the  region and Syria as a guarantee for the region and national action “

Ambassador Abdul Karim  explained  that the attacks come from Lebanon towards Syria and not the other way around and  carried out  daily by insurgents from the Lebanese territory, pointing out that these attacks are highlighted by   the Lebanese media and some of them are investigated by  Lebanese judiciary .
