IDLEB, (ST)- Tens of buses and ambulances have entered the towns of Kafraya and Foua in Idleb northern countryside to evacuate the locals, who have been besieged for years by terrorist organizations, to Aleppo via Tallet al-Eis crossing.
SANA reporter said that 90 buses and ambulances entered Kafraya and Foua today morning to evacuate the besieged locals in implementation of an agreement providing for liberating thousands of citizens from the two towns and the rest of the persons kidnapped from Ishtabraq village.
The reporter added that the procedure came more than two months after the liberation of 42 kidnapped persons from the village of Ishtabraq in addition to five human cases from Kafraya and al-Foua within the framework of second stage of an agreement to set Ishtabraq kidnapped persons free and liberate locals trapped in Kafraya and al-Foua.
Terrorists of Jabhat al-Nusra and its affiliated terrorist groups committed horrible massacre in the village of Ishtabraq village on April 26th, 2015. They killed about 200 civilians and kidnapped tens of others including whole families. The horrible attack caused the displacement of hundreds of locals from the village seeking refuge in safe areas.
