Chicken with tomatoes and coriander

Ingredients
    5 cooked chicken breast
    3 tablespoons sunflower oil
    1 onion sliced into slices
    2 tablespoons ginger paste mixed with garlic
    1 green peppers, decapitated and divided into two parts in a longitudinal way
    2 tomatoes cut into cubes
    3 cloves garlic finely minced garlic
    Salt, to taste
    Green coriander as desired

Preparation
1 – Heat the oil well in the saucepan and add the onions and stirring until it withers.
2. Add the ginger paste with garlic and hot green peppers and stir.
4. Add the tomato cubes with their juice and stir constantly until soft.
5 – Fry with salt, turmeric and mix.
6. Add the chopped chicken and mix until the mixture starts to boil.
7. Place chicken with tomatoes in serving dish.
8 – Sprinkle a little of coriander green according to desire.
