ICSFT Affirms Need to Support Syria against Terrorism

GENEVA, (ST)- The International Council Supporting Fair Trial and Human Rights (ICSFT) has reiterated the need to end the war imposed on Syria and to support the country’s people, army and leadership in the confrontation of terrorists and help them restore security and stability.

In a statement during the 38th normal session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva, the ICSFT affirmed that “today, Syria is the spearhead of legitimate resistance against heinous schemes targeting human beings and their rights”.

The council criticized the policies of colonialist countries like Britain, France and America, which all give no heed to the goals, values and principles of the United Nations and human rights, pointing out that the recent tripartite aggression launched by these countries against Syria flagrantly violates international law and legitimacy.
