A Tray of Chicken with toast and cheese

 Ingredients

    8 pieces of toast

    1 kg chicken breast cubes section

    2 green pepper cut into thin slices

    2 tablespoons mashed tomatoes

     Cup of ready-made bagel sauce

    2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

    4 tablespoons vegetable oil

    Salt – according to desire

     Spoon chicken spice

     Teaspoon black pepper

     Two tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

1. Fry the chicken pieces with oil in a pan until the color changes.

2. Place the pepper, salt, black pepper, and the mixed spices, and mix until the pepper is wet.

3 – Mashed tomatoes and mashed until boiling.

4.  Put a little of olive oil in the lower the bottom of the Pyrex tray and arrange a layer of toast evenly.

5. Add a little of chicken and tomato sauce, then a little bashamel sauce and a little grated cheese.

6. Put a new layer of toast, then chicken, red sauce, bashamel and cheese.

7 – Enter the tray to the oven from 15 to 20 minutes to boil the mixture and melt the cheese.
