Grilled Chicks

Ingredients

  2 Chicken breast sliced

  Black pepper

  1/4 teaspoon dried coriander ground

  1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

   A quarter teaspoon cinnamon

   A quarter cup vinegar

   Salt

   3 teaspoon lemon juice

   Vegetable oil

Preparation

1. Fry the chicken with salt and black pepper.

2. Heat the pan well and add a little vegetable oil.

3. Put the chicken slices in the pan over low heat until it ripens and add the rosemary.

4.  Mix lemon juice with dried coriander, garlic powder, cinnamon and vinegar in the bowl.

5.  Pour the mixture over the chicken in the pan and leave the slices on the fire with stirring until they become tender.

6. Lift the chicken strips from the fire and serve hot.
