Terrorists fire rocket shells at Aleppo city, causing material damage

Aleppo – Terrorist groups fired a number of rocket shells at residential neighborhoods in Aleppo city, causing only material damage.

A source at Aleppo police command told SANA that the terrorist groups positioned in the western countryside fired 6 rocket shells on Saturday night on al-Hamadaniyeh neighborhood. One of the shells landed on Ahmad Taofiq Malek School, causing material damage to some citizens’ houses, the school building and classrooms.

The source added that the terrorist groups targeted with a number of rocket shells al-Nile Street neighborhood, causing material damage to the public and private properties, but no injuries were caused due to the attack.

SANA said that the army units responded with appropriate weapons to the areas form which the shells were fired, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists in personnel and equipment.
