Steak with mushrooms cream

Ingredients

500 g steak cut into small or large pieces

 6 fresh Mushroom Clip

 3 cloves Garlic

 1 minced onions

 1 teaspoons mushrooms from Maggie – envelope

 1 cup cooking cream

  Two and a half cups water on the room temperature

  1 teaspoon salt

  1/2 teaspoon meat spices

   Half a teaspoon black pepper

    Half cup oil

Preparation

1. Fry onions and garlic in oil until ripening in a saucepan.

2. Add the pieces of meat and salt, black pepper and meat broth.

3. Mix the ingredients on medium heat until the meat cuts slightly.

4. Add mushrooms and mix.

5. Mix the mushrooms of Maggie with water well in a bowl to be free of any lumps.

6 – Pour the mixture in the pot over the pieces of meat and mushrooms and stir the mix.

7. When the mushroom cream starts to boil, add the cooking cream and stir well.

8. Leave the batter until it starts to boil and then turn off the fire.

9. Bring this dish to the side of rice or boiled or fried potatoes or boiled vegetables (such as broccoli, carrots, squash)
