Arab political memory suffers from the problem of lack of desire or the ability to retrieve and recall the lessons of the past so the Arab countries will remain candidates for further setbacks and frustrations and defeats.

The Arab rulers in the majority, especially those who came to power through the external gates, suffer from the dependency complex of the colonial West.

On the other side the politicians of the West are starting from strategic constants in dealing with the affairs of the region.

These constants represented in obstructing or preventing any form of unity in the region by all means.

In order to prove this hypothesis, we can use many examples and historical evidence. In th Syrian-Iraqi example, since the independence of the two countries, the Syrian-Iraqi meeting was a red line. All the projects of the Syrian-Iraqi unity were thwarted.

Perhaps what is witnessed by the eastern geography of Syria and the West from Iraq now and the attempts to establish a colored sectarian in the region isolates the two countries and prevents their cooperation or integration in the future is the closest example to those red lines.

On the other side, and in Arab Africa, all forms of unity among their countries have been fought.

In addition to the collapse of the Maghreb Union project.

The retroversion to narrow and subsidiary affiliations and the attempt to invoke false identities aimed at the national components in every Arab country is the most serious thing facing our countries and societies.

The reality that should not be lost to anyone is that the Arab unity is a real force capable of achieving national security economic, social and cultural and give the nation real immunity from all dangers and achieve a free life and prosperous living in a vast space of real freedom.
