Potato balls with minced meat

Ingredients

  A cup of low-fat cooking cream

  A cup of mozzarella light

 To prepare potatoes:

  1 kg peeled potatoes

  A cup of chopped parsley

  Spoon butter on the heat of the room

   Half a cup of milk

   1 Teaspoon salt

   Half teaspoon black pepper

To prepare the filling:

2 tablespoons large vegetable oil

1 chopped onions

 500 g minced mea

  Half teaspoon salt

  One quarter spoon of black Pepper

  One quarter teaspoon ground squash

Preparation

1. Drill small holes in the potato seeds and place in microwave oven for 15 minutes until cooked.

2 – Potato potatoes and add to butter, parsley and milk. Season with salt, black pepper and heart until the ingredients overlap. Leave the mix aside.

3 – To prepare the filling: Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat and heart the onion until it turns red. Add the meat and my heart until it is fully cooked. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and cinnamon then remove the pot from the fire.

4. Shape potatoes into medium-sized balls and mix them with meat mixture.

5. Pour a little cream into the bottom of a glass oven tray.

6 – Put the balls in the Chinese and pour over the rest of the amount of cream and then enrich the cheese.

7 – Enter the Chinese Panasonic microwave oven at 250 ° C for 12 minutes until the cheese melts and browns the face.
