Cheese pies in oven

Ingredients

    To prepare the filling:

    200 grams Cheese Vita extract

    1 onion finely chopped

    2  tablespoons large Chopped parsley

    1  teaspoon of vinegar

    1 egg

Preparation

1. Heat the oven at 180 ° C.

2. Put the feta cheese, onion, and parsley, in a bowl.

3. Mix the filling ingredients well until they are homogenous.

4- Put the mashed dough section on a hard surface sprinkled with flour.

5. Cut the dough into circles with a cup or a cookie cutter.

6 – The second section of the dough by a rolling on a solid surface in the shape of a large rectangle.

7 – Roll the roll (as you want) on the dough.

8. Place a teaspoon of filling on the whole dough circles.

9. Place the crushed paste over the filling.

10 . Roll the cup again on the dough to cut it.

11. Place the pancakes in a baking tray coated with butter paper.

12 – Put the tray in the oven from 15 to 20 minutes or until the pancakes mature and become golden color.
