Syrian Air Defenses Repel Israeli Reconnaissance Plane over Quneitra, Forcing It to Leave Syrian Airspace

 QUNEITRA, (ST)- The Syrian air defenses have repelled an Israeli reconnaissance plane, that violated the Syrian airspace over Quneitra, and forced it to leave.

SANA reporter in Quneitray said that an Israeli reconnaissance plane Wednesday evening  violated the Syrian airspace over Quneitra city in Syria’s southern region, but the Syrian defense systems repelled the plane and forced it to immediately leave the Syrian airspace.

 On January 10th , the Syrian air defenses confronted an Israeli aggression on a military site in Syria’s central region and managed to down an enemy warplane and hit another one. The Israeli enemy admitted that one of his F16 fighter jets was downed.
