Attacking Residential Areas Aims to Step Up Terrorism- Al-Zoubi (2)

DAMASCUS,(ST)_ Information Minister Omran Al- Zoubi said the terrorists targeting  residential areas, schools, universities and  hospitals by  mortar rounds  is implemented by  at external command to step up terrorism  in parallel with the Arab League  giving Syria seat to ” Doha coalition Doha”.

In an interview with the Syrian TV on Thursday  Al-Zoubi  added : The goal of this terrorist escalation is to suggest that terrorists are attacking the center of the capital , that the State is unable to protect civilians , and to   intimidate people to stop their work to suggest that terrorists are almost  achieving the goals of their aggression on Syria.

Syrian Arab army is in its best situation

The minister pointed out that  the Syrian Arab  army is in its best situations and the Syrian people are keen for their country  and of  morale high , noting a crucial decision  taken by the Syrian army ,people and the leadership to defend  the country until Last Minute.

The minister indicated that  Qatar, Turkey and some  Arab and Western intelligence put their  weight and stakes in one final  desperate attempt to dismantle and foil  the Syrian state , adding that   Qatar violates  all  international resolutions issued by the Security Council on combating terrorism,  and the US  and its  allies are hiding from that  because Qatar pays the price and  at the same time implements a larger agenda.

 AL decision to give Syria’s seat to foreign opposition is illegal

The minister said that Arab League AL   decision to give Syria seat to a group of  foreign opposition is illegal, noting that this summit was held in Qatar and under the hegemony and domination of its money , a matter which  allowed it to kidnap the AL  and act as if the AL is one of the  companies owned by the  Qatari Prince .

Al-Zoubi continued that Qatar gave a building to the coalition and called it  “the Embassy of the coalition” which is not the headquarters of the Syrian embassy where the flag of  the Syrian Arab Republic is still hoisted.

Al-Zoubi pointed out that there should not be  any talk  about any Arab role in resolving the crisis in Syria , since  it does not make sense to contribute to a solution to a problem by providing  arms to one of the parties , inciting violence and sending  terrorists.

BRICS group as a great world power at all levels, is fair and objective

Minister Al-Zoubi  continued that BRICS group  is  a large , fair and objective global force all levels, whose countries have clear and transparent  positions over  what is happening in Syria ,  built  on refusing  to intervene in the  Syrian internal affairs and non violation of national sovereignty of countries .

The Minister of Information noted that the ministerial committee in charge of implementing the political program to resolve the crisis held dozens of meetings with national figures  and forces ,and  took many decisions and that President Bashar al-Assad gives his observations and guidance  on daily basis on the mechanism of action and the importance of achieving  effective steps.

” We are in a hurry and very committed to this dialogue and we sent  open ,honest and transparent invitations   for all opposition at home and abroad to participate in the dialogue and convene preliminary  meetings in order to identify their vision .”  the minister stressed.

The Minister explained  that the use of  chemical weapons  by terrorist groups in Khan al-Asal in Aleppo was a grave development, which came as  a punishment for the people of the area  , who one day before , held a  march in support of the Syrian army  and that  it was  an attempt to accuse the Syrian Arab army of using  this weapon.

Al-Zoubi  said that the Syrian leadership had enough courage to ask  the UN for  investigation in this regard and that  the government  documented and prepared  all evidences  for submission to the UN Commission in this regard.

He indicated that  the assassination of scholar  Mohammed Saeed Ramadan Bouti  was one of the most serious humanitarian ,national, religious and political assassination crimes and a turning point  in the Syrian and Islamic history.

” Marty al-Bouti is  a national icon who  presented himself,  his knowledge and culture in the service of all Syrians, Arabs and the world without exception to serve  the values of justice, tolerance and reconciliation as he  represents the open and enlightened thought , Islamic Sufism and al-Shami  Islam  in the face of the takfiris who distorted Islam and falsified the  Islamic readings .” Al-Zoubi emphasized.
