Army kills 17 of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Damascus Countryside

Damascus Countryside – Army units killed or injured 17 of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists during their continued operations to eradicate the terrorist organization from the far southwestern countryside of Damascus.

SANA said that an army unit carried out precise bombardments against positions of a terrorist group embracing 17 terrorists in the surroundings of Mugher al-Mir village, leaving all of its members dead or injured, in addition to destroying their arms and ammunition.

 SANA added that an army unit conducted bombardments against fortifications of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the village of Mugher al-Mir and the surroundings of Beit Jinn farm, destroying a number of their dens and killing and injuring scores of terrorists.

SANA affirmed that the preciseness of the bombardments and the heavy fire opened by the army units against gatherings of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists created a state of collapse among their ranks as huge number of terrorists fled away towards the village of Mugher al-Mir.
