Cornflower Cake

Ingredients

    1 cup cornflower

    1 cup sugar

    1 cup milk

    1/2 cup melted butter

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    1 teaspoon vanilla

    1 egg

    1/2 cup oil

Preparation

 1- Preheat oven to about 220 degrees.

 2- Mix vanilla, butter and both sugars well, add the egg and continue beating until the mixtur become creamy.

 3- Combine the corn flour and baking powder and slowly add the milk, mix with oil gently and then beat well again.

 4-Pour The mixture into a cake tray and bake for 50 minutes or bake until a cake tester inserted into centers.

 6-serves when cool.
