Biscuit with Butter

Ingredients

2  cups plain flour

1 cups melted butter

½ cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1  egg

1  teaspoon baking powder

 2  tablespoon milk

Preparation

 1- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

2 – Combine  melted butter, sugar and vanilla in a small bowl and mix then, add egg and mix until pale and creamy

 3- Put flour and baking powder over butter mixture, add milk and stir until just combined.

4 – Roll 1 heaped tablespoon of mixture with your hand into small balls. Place on baking trays lined with baking paper.

5 – Bake for 20 minutes, until light golden. Allow biscuits to cool on trays for 5 minutes. Transfer to cool completely.
