Locals prevent terrorists from burglarizing wheat silo in Hassaka

PROVINCES,(ST)_Locals of Om al-Kif town in Hassaka province have confronted a terrorist group that tried to burglarize a wheat silo and forced them to run away.

A woman was martyred and other two citizens were injured in the confrontation during which the terrorists opened fire at the locals, SANA reported.

Meanwhile, units of armed forces foiled an attempt to blast a booby-trapped car near a military checkpoint in al-Iskan area in Idleb.

They arrested the terrorist, who was driving the car, and exploded the car (which was carrying 1000kg of explosives) by remote control without causing damages.

Clashes

Elsewhere, the armed forces carried out a qualitative operation in Harasta area in Damascus countryside, killing a number of terrorists and destroying two cars equipped with machineguns and ammunitions.

In addition, clashes broken out between armed forces and terrorists In Jobar area (in Damascus countryside) and Sadad town (east Homs Province).

A lot of terrorists were killed or injured in the clashes.

SANA also reported that the armed forces shelled terrorists’ hideouts in al-Qsier area (in Homs) and al-Zaraa area (in Aleppo countryside).

The armed forces are fighting terrorists groups in different provinces to restore stability and security all over Syria.

Turkey, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, France, Britain, and the US support and fund the terrorist groups, who perpetrate criminal acts against citizens all over Syria and destroy its infrastructure.
