Homs – After suffering from the bad humanitarian and health conditions at the camps in Jarablous, a number of families which left al-Waer neighborhood in the framework of the reconciliation agreement on Saturday evening returned to Homs City.

41 persons returned to al-Waer neighborhood after they left it in the framework of the reconciliation agreement and they asserted that they decided to return due to the persecution and the inhumane treatment they found in Jarablous City in Aleppo Countryside, according to SANA.

Homs Governor Talal al-Barazi stressed that this is the fourth batch of families who returned from Jarablous to al-Waer neighborhood after they were treated in inhumane way at the camps, in addition to the bad services.

Al-Barazi added that the return of those who left al-Waer neighborhood to Homs shows that their confidence in the state has been enhanced thanks to the efforts and services provided to the batches which had previously returned from Jarablous to Homs City.

The Governor indicated that al-Waer agreement is ongoing and that the next week will witness important achievements as on Saturday the last batch of militants will leave al-Waer neighborhood and the state institutions and the internal security forces will return to it and in ten days the life in the neighborhood will return to normal.

He added that speeding up the return of services and security to the neighborhood upon the directives of the Government, will reflect positively on pushing forwards the will of the economy in Homs.
