Army units killed a number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists and destroyed their vehicles in Daraa southern province.

A military source said that army units on Tuesday morning carried out intensive bombardments against the fortified positions of the terrorist groups in the neighborhoods of al-Sad Road, al-Abbasiyeh, and al-Furn and in the surroundings of al-Jmrouk al-Qadim and to the south of Beer al-Shayyiah on the southeastern outskirts of Daraa City, SANA reported.

 

The source added that a number of terrorists were killed in the bombardments and others were injured, in addition to destroying a number of their machinegun nests, fortifications and machinegun-equipped vehicles.
