Army foils terrorist group’s infiltration attempt into Syria

PROVINCES,(ST)_Armed forces killed on Saturday most of the terrorist group’s members that had tried to infiltrate from Lebanon through two border locations –Kherbet al-Noemat and Masharee Joseh- in Homs countywide.

The terrorist group’s attempt to infiltrate into Syria over the past night coincided with fire opened by the Lebanese side on the border centers within Syria, SANA said.

In Idleb countryside, the units of armed forces destroyed a hideout which was used by terrorists from al-Nusra Front to plan for carrying out criminal operations in Saraqeb area.

In Der Ezzour province, the armed forces carried out a series of qualitative operations against terrorist gatherings.

Many terrorists were killed or injured.

“We support army”

In a separate development, locals of al-Hamdaneya alley in Aleppo province organized a march in support for the Syrian Arab Army. They called for departure of armed terrorist groups from their city.

The terrorist groups, who perpetrate criminal acts against citizens all over Syria and destroy infrastructure, are being supported by Turkey, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, France, Britain, and the US.
