Legal status of number of detained persons settled in Wadi Barada, Damascus Countryside

Damascus Countryside – A number of detained persons had their legal status settled on Sunday as part of the completion of local reconciliation in Wadi Barada area in Damascus Countryside, SANA reported.

During an event held at the Governorate building, Damascus Countryside Governor Ala’a Ibrhaim said that settling the status of the detained persons came in the framework of the government’s commitment to enhancing security and stability in Wadi Barada area in order to restore normal life to it.

 

He pointed out that the remaining armed groups in Wadi Barad will be evacuated as scheduled from the area, and after that work will begin to repair the infrastructure in all the villages.
