Syria’s Victory over Terrorism a Defeat for Zionist Plots- al-Quds Conference

Resistance, the Palestinian cause and the role of youths in steadfastness and confronting the Zionist occupation were the main topics discussed during the 10th session of al-Quds Conference for Palestinian Youths, which was held Saturday at Dar al-Baath auditorium in Mazzeh district in Damascus.

 The participants in the conference said that the event aims to assert adherence to the Palestinian cause. They stressed the need to disseminate culture of resistance among Palestinian youths in order to confront colonial agendas that seek to mislead youths and to foment sedition among people in accordance with Zionist plot against the region.

“The Palestinian cause will remain the compass for Arab youths ,” the participants added, affirming that resistance is the only choice to restore occupied lands and usurped rights.

They pointed out that targeting Syria comes within conspiracies hatched against the region in order to abort the Palestinian cause and to end the Palestinian refugees’ right to return to homeland.

Representative of the Iranian Embassy in Damascus Mustafa Najarian called for supporting the Palestinian people in order to guarantee continuity of resistance till the establishment of the independent Palestinian state with al-Quds (Jerusalem) as its capital.

“Syria’s victory over terrorism is a victory for region’s peoples and a defeat for Zionist plots,” Najarian added.

On his part, Secretary of the Alliance of Palestinian Resistance Forces Khalid Abdul Majed said that Palestinian youths draw their strength and steadfastness from Syria’s steadfastness in confronting the global conspiracy hatched against it.

Chairman of al-Quds World Forum for Palestine’s Youths Nidal Hammad said that youths have key role in stirring nationalist project to confront the Zionist plot and its tools in the region.

The same idea was asserted by Chairman of the Iranian-Palestinian Friendship Association Mohammad al-Bhisi.
