Nineteen Civilians Martyred in New US-Led Coalition’s Massacre in Raqqa Countryside

RAQQA, (ST)- Nineteen civilians were martyred Saturday night in a new massacre committed by the warplanes of the US-led Coalition against Syrian civilians in the Raqqa countryside.

Identical local and media sources said that under the pretext of fighting Daesh terrorist organization, warplanes, affiliated to the illegal US-Led Coalition, last night carried out several raids on Kasret al-Sheikh Jum’a and Kasret al-Faraj areas in Raqqa southern countryside and on the agricultural research center area on the southern bank of the Euphrates, killing nineteen civilians.

The death toll may rise due to serious injuries among the wounded citizens, according to the sources.

On March 4th, the international coalition admitted that its raids on areas in Syria and Iraq have killed 21 civilians within the past few months, claiming that the total number of  civilian victims of the coalition’s raids since the beginning of operations in both countries has reached 220 people. However, the “Air Wars” Monitor Group has documented the killing of  at least 2463 civilians as a result of the coalition’s raids.
