PA Speaker in Tehran Take Part in 6th International Conference on Supporting the Palestinian Intifada

TEHRAN, (ST)- Speaker of the Syrian People’s Assembly Hadiya Abbas arrived Sunday in the Iranian capital Tehran to take part in the 6th International Conference on Supporting the Palestinian Intifada.

Delegations of 80 countries, in addition to parliamentary and youth, non-government organizations and resistance forces delegations are due to take part in the conference which will be kicked off on Tuesday.

 Abbas was welcomed upon her arrival in Tehran by Chairman of the Iranian Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee Alaeddin Boroujerdi and the Syrian Ambassador to Iran Adnan Mahmoud.
