Palestinians clash with occupation forces

Several people have been injured  after some 300 Palestinians angrily traded rocks for rubber bullets from Israeli occupation troops in Huwara in the West Bank.

The demonstrators were marking an  anniversary of one  of  the Palestinian factions and demanding that the Israelis immediately release the  activist Samer Issawi, who is on a hunger strike in an Israeli jail.

Visiting Issawi’s East Jerusalem home Saturday, a delegation from the European Parliament urged Israel to release all Palestinian prisoners.
