Occupation forces jail Dr. Jawhari

QUNEITRA,(ST)-Within the framework of blatant violation of human rights and international conventions, the occupation forces issued an unjust ruling to prison doctor Iyadal- Jawhari of Majdal Shams(5 years).

Persisting in their policies and provocative practices that violate the charters and norms and the Fourth Geneva Convention related to the Treatment population under occupation, occupation courts in the city of Nazareth afternoon sentenced unjust imprisonment of Syrian doctor Iyadal-Jwhari of occupied Majdal Shams for five years with the payment of financial taxes reached more than7 thousand dollars on charges of resisting the occupation.

“It is necessary to put international institutions and human rights in front of their responsibilities for the ugliest occupation’s practices against the Golan’s  sons asserting continuing  the path of steadfastness and resistance to all the practices of the occupation, saying that the whole occupied Golan Heights are a prisoner to the occupation authorities abuses.” Said al-Jawhari.

For his part, Governor of Quneitra Dr. Malik Muhammad Ali asked the international community which supports the racial entity the responsibility of violating human rights conventions and the Geneva Convention after the unjust sentence against the Syrian doctor who is arrested after graduating from home’s universities and returned to work as a doctor in hisoccupied Majdal Shams village which needs hospital till now because of the rejection of the occupation.

It is worth mentioning that the doctor al-Jawhari is married and has a child, and when he returned to the Golan he was arrested at the Quneitra crossing in June. 28, 2012.
