As Christmas and the New Year approach, 150 children from the Schools of Sons and Daughters of Martyrs sang joy and love songs within an activity held Monday under the title “You will always be in our hearts”.
The activity held on the initiative of the Syrian expatriate Wasim Bersli aims to send a message of loyalty to martyrs and their children, according to the official news agency (SANA).
The Agency quoted the expatriate as saying that martyrs’ sacrifices are behind Syria’s steadfastness.
On her part, Director-General of the Martyr’s Sons and Daughters Schools Shahira Falloh highly appreciated the activity for bringing joy to children whose their fathers’ sacrifices led to Syria’s steadfastness.
She thanked civil community and every Syrian expatriate that stands by the homeland.
The activity included songs and distribution of gifts among the children in the presence of Syrian actors and actresses.
